Refund Policy

OSUZA offers full refunds for all products returned in their original unused condition.

If our bag doesn't hold up to the beatings over the next 5 years, we will refund you 100% once the faulty bag is returned to our warehouse. Please allow 5-7 business days for refunds to show up on your account.
